These Official Rules apply to the Art Is Fast Giveaway (“Promotion”), which is sponsored by Auto Palace Inc (“Sponsor”). By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom, who are of legal driving age in their jurisdiction and possess a valid driver’s license. Entrants must verify that they are eligible to register and operate the prize vehicle in their country and comply with all applicable importation, registration, and transportation laws. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for winners who are unable to register or legally operate the vehicle due to local regulations.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on February 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on April 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE METHOD:

Participants will earn 1 entry for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases made at artisfast.com during the Promotion Period. Eligible purchases include merchandise and tickets but exclude taxes, shipping, and discounts.

During designated Bonus Entry Periods, entry multipliers will apply as announced on the website or social media. For example, during a “30X Entry Multiplier,” participants will receive 30 entries for every $1 USD spent.

B. NO PURCHASE METHOD (MAIL-IN ENTRY):

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a 3” x 5” card:

• Your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
• The following trivia question and its correct answer (must be handwritten):
  Trivia Question: What is the nickname commonly associated with the Nissan Skyline R34 GTR due to its legendary performance and popularity?
  Answer: ???

Mail the card in a standard #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must include a handwritten return address on the envelope. Each envelope equals one (1) entry unless otherwise specified for a Bonus Entry Period. During such periods, include “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” and the multiplier (e.g., “30X”) on the bottom left of the envelope. Entries must be postmarked by April 14, 2025, and received by April 19, 2025. Limit one entry per envelope.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 19, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. They must respond within three (3) days to claim the prize and provide all necessary documentation, including a valid driver’s license and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release. Failure to respond or comply with these requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR and $10,000 in cash. (Approximate Retail Value: $160,000 USD).

The prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee from the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for all associated expenses, including but not limited to taxes, registration, insurance, and transportation of the vehicle.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising from your participation or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and other identifying information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may interfere with your ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action and jury trials are waived. The arbitration shall be held in Columbus, Ohio, and the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern.

10. PRIVACY

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
