THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X CORP., META PLATFORMS, INC., INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, OR GOOGLE LLC.

The Sweepstakes entry system and random drawing platform are operated through ViralSweep.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Quebec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies of Sponsor, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

NOTE: IF AN ENTRANT OR SOMEONE IN THE ENTRANT’S HOUSEHOLD HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE FROM THE SPONSOR WITHIN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS, THE ENTRANT IS INELIGIBLE.

A valid driver’s license will be required for a verified winner who elects to receive a vehicle prize.

3. Agreement to official rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Winning a prize is contingent upon satisfying all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The “ART IS FAST 7” Sweepstakes begins at:

12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 20, 2026

and ends at:

11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 4, 2026

(the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s database computer and/or ViralSweep records shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to enter

There are two (2) methods of entry.

METHOD 1 — ONLINE PURCHASE

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants who make a qualifying purchase through the Art Is Fast website will automatically receive Sweepstakes entries associated with that purchase.

Unless otherwise indicated on the Website, entries are calculated based on the eligible pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping, handling, taxes, discounts, refunds, and other non-qualifying charges.

Certain qualifying products, merchandise, Entry Packs, promotions, or other designated offers may include enhanced entry totals through a clearly stated entry multiplier.

The exact entry amount and/or multiplier associated with an eligible purchase will be clearly displayed on the Website at the time the applicable offer is made.

For example, an eligible purchase subject to a 10× entry multiplier would generate ten (10) entries for each eligible U.S. dollar spent.

Entry multipliers and qualifying products may vary during the Sweepstakes Period as disclosed on the Website.

Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, purchasing merchandise with the intent to obtain Sweepstakes entries and subsequently returning, disputing, canceling, or charging back the transaction.

Where permitted by law, entries associated with canceled, refunded, fraudulent, returned, or charged-back transactions may be canceled or invalidated.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant engaging in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

METHOD 2 — MAIL-IN ENTRY / NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may legibly hand-print the following information on a 3” × 5” card:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Date of birth

Place the completed card inside a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be individually submitted and hand-printed by the entrant.

Bulk submissions, automated submissions, mechanically reproduced submissions, photocopies, submissions made on behalf of another individual, or otherwise non-compliant submissions are void.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive (1) entry, each valid mail-in entry will recieve the same entry multiplier, if any, offered for purchases on the date the mail-in entry is postmarked.

Mail-in entries must be:

Postmarked no later than September 30, 2026

and

Received no later than October 5, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.

6. General entry conditions

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines:

• Has tampered with or attempted to manipulate the entry process;

• Has violated these Official Rules;

• Has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive conduct;

• Has attempted to obtain entries through unauthorized means;

• Has abused refunds, returns, payment disputes, or chargebacks;

• Has provided false or misleading information; or

• Has used automated entry devices, bots, scripts, macros, or similar methods.

Entries generated through fraudulent or unauthorized means may be declared void.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, Sponsor may deem the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry to be the entrant, subject to verification.

7. Winner selection

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will be conducted using ViralSweep.

The drawing is expected to occur approximately seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor intends to broadcast the winner drawing live via Instagram Live.

The exact Instagram account, date, and/or time of the live broadcast may be announced separately by Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The individual selected in the random drawing will initially be considered a potential winner and will not be deemed the official Grand Prize winner until eligibility has been verified and all applicable prize-claim requirements have been satisfied.

The potential winner may be contacted using the phone number, email address, mailing address, and/or other contact information provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner will have seven (7) days following notification to respond and complete any required documentation.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;

• Fails to respond within the required period;

• Is determined to be ineligible;

• Fails to provide requested documentation; or

• Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential winner.

8. Grand Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner.

Following verification, the Grand Prize winner may elect to receive one (1) of the following four prize options:

OPTION A: 2017 BMW M3 + $10,000 CASH

One (1) white 2017 BMW M3, with approximately 65,000 miles, featuring an aftermarket exhaust system,

PLUS

$10,000 USD CASH.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Option A is:

$50,000 USD

OR

OPTION B: BUILT 2017 DODGE CHALLENGER SRT HELLCAT + $10,000 CASH

One (1) built 2017 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat producing approximately 942 horsepower,

PLUS

$10,000 USD CASH.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Option B is:

$60,000 USD

OR

OPTION C: 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE TRACKHAWK + $10,000 CASH

One (1) 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk,

PLUS

$10,000 USD CASH.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Option C is:

$60,000 USD

OR

OPTION D: $40,000 CASH

The verified winner may instead elect to receive:

$40,000 USD CASH

in lieu of any vehicle and its accompanying $10,000 cash package.

The winner may select one (1) prize option only.

The maximum Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $60,000 USD.

The actual value of any vehicle may vary based upon market conditions, mileage, condition, equipment, modifications, and other factors. No difference between the stated ARV and actual value will be awarded except as expressly provided by Sponsor.

Any vehicle prize will be awarded AS IS, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor makes no warranties or representations regarding any vehicle’s condition, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future value except as otherwise required by applicable law.

The vehicle descriptions, mileage, equipment, modifications, and condition are approximate and may be subject to reasonable variation.

A winner electing Option A, Option B, or Option C must possess a valid driver’s license and may be required to provide proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle.

The winner must pick up or otherwise take delivery of the selected vehicle as directed by Sponsor.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor, the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and all expenses associated with accepting, registering, transporting, possessing, and using the prize, including without limitation:

Taxes, title, registration, insurance, licensing, travel, transportation, inspections, emissions requirements, and other expenses associated with claiming or using the prize.

9. Additional prize conditions

The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and/or other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, where permitted by law.

A U.S. winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation.

A Canadian winner may be required to complete applicable Canadian tax and eligibility documentation.

The value of the prize may be reported to applicable tax authorities as required by law.

If a Canadian resident is selected as the potential winner, that individual must correctly answer, unaided and within the prescribed time period, a mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of being declared the official winner.

Failure to satisfy applicable prize-claim requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except as expressly provided in these Official Rules or at Sponsor’s discretion where permitted by law.

10. Publicity release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s:

Name, likeness, image, voice, photograph, video, statements, city and state/province of residence, and biographical information

for advertising, publicity, marketing, promotional, and other lawful purposes worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

Prize delivery, presentation, and/or winner activities may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and service providers from liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

This includes, without limitation and subject to applicable law, claims arising from:

Technical failures; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, or websites; human or administrative error; unauthorized intervention; lost, late, delayed, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries; or injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Modification, suspension, or termination

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, tampering, force majeure, or any other cause that Sponsor determines compromises the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select a potential winner from among eligible entries received before the action requiring termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and not through any form of class action.

Any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall take place in an appropriate court located within the State of Ohio, subject to applicable law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Winner list

Following verification of the Grand Prize winner, the winner’s name may be announced on the Art Is Fast website, Art Is Fast social media accounts, email communications, and/or other Sponsor channels where permitted by law.
