NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X CORP., META PLATFORMS INC., INSTAGRAM INC., TIKTOK INC., OR GOOGLE LLC.

The Sweepstakes entry system and random drawing platform are operated through ViralSweep.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
NOTE: IF AN ENTRANT (OR SOMEONE IN THE ENTRANT’S HOUSEHOLD) HAS WON A SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PRIZE FROM THE SPONSOR WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE (12) CALENDAR MONTHS, THE ENTRANT IS INELIGIBLE.
3. AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at:
12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on March 15, 2026
and ends at:
11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026
(“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s database computer and/or ViralSweep records are the official timekeeping devices.
5. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
1) Online Purchases
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who make a qualifying purchase through:
will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each one (1) U.S. dollar spent.
Entries are calculated based on the pre-tax purchase amount, excluding shipping, handling, and discounts.
Certain designated Entry Packs may include enhanced entry totals through a clearly stated multiplier.
The exact entry multiplier associated with each Entry Pack will be clearly displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Example:
A pack with a 10× multiplier would receive ten (10) entries per dollar.
There will be no time-based bonus entry periods during this Sweepstakes.
Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited, including purchasing items with the intent to return them after receiving entries. Any such activity may result in disqualification.
Limit: Two (2) purchase transactions per person per day.
2) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Entrants may enter without purchase by legibly hand-printing on a 3” × 5” card:
- full name
- complete mailing address
- phone number
- email address
- date of birth

Mail-in entries must be:
Postmarked by July 25, 2026
Received by July 30, 2026
Mail-in entries must be hand-printed by the entrant only and mailed individually.
Bulk entries, automated entries, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Limit: Two (2) mail-in entries per person per day.
6. GENERAL ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- tampers with the entry process
- violates these rules
- engages in fraudulent or disruptive conduct
- abuses refunds or chargebacks
Automated entry devices, bots, or scripts are prohibited.
7. WINNER SELECTION
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted using ViralSweep.
The drawing will occur within approximately seven (7) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted via phone, email, or other contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner will have seven (7) days to claim the prize and complete required documentation.
If the winner does not respond within that time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GRAND PRIZE
There will be one (1) Grand Prize.
The verified winner will receive one of the following, at winner’s election:
Option A:
One (1) 2017 Nissan GT-R Premium, approximately 23,620 miles, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $175,000 USD
OR
Option B:
$100,000 USD cash alternative
The winner may choose one option only.
Total prize pool value: $175,000 USD
The vehicle prize will be awarded AS IS.
Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the vehicle’s condition, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Winner must possess a valid driver’s license and may be required to show proof of insurance before taking possession.
Winner must pick up the vehicle as directed by Sponsor.
Winner is responsible for:
- taxes
- title
- registration
- insurance
- travel
- transportation
- licensing
- inspections
- all other costs associated with claiming or using the prize.
9. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS
The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release.
Winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 (or W-8BEN for Canadian residents).
The value of the prize may be reported for tax purposes.
If the selected winner is a Canadian resident, they must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
Failure to comply with prize claim procedures may result in disqualification.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s:
- name
- likeness
- voice
- photograph
- biographical information
for promotional purposes worldwide without additional compensation where permitted by law.
Prize delivery or presentation may be photographed or recorded.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
This includes but is not limited to technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any injury or damage resulting from participation.
12. DISPUTES
All disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not through class actions.
Any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Ohio.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
