These Official Rules apply to the Art Is Fast Giveaway (“Promotion”), which is sponsored by Auto Palace Inc (“Sponsor”). By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are of legal driving age in their jurisdiction and have a valid driver’s license. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on [start date] at [start time] and ends on [end date] at [end time] (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE METHOD:
Participants will earn 1 entry for every $x spent on eligible purchases made at [artisfast.com] during the Promotion Period. Eligible purchases include merchandise and tickets but exclude taxes, shipping, and discounts. Entry multipliers may apply during designated periods as announced on the website or social media. For example, during a 30X Entry Multiplier, participants will receive 30 entries for every $x spent.

B. NO PURCHASE METHOD (MAIL-IN ENTRY):
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a 3” x 5” card:

• Your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
• A trivia question about {X} and its correct answer (must be handwritten).

Mail the card in a standard #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must include a handwritten return address on the envelope. Each envelope equals one (1) entry unless otherwise specified for an Entry Multiplier period. During such periods, include “ENTRY MULTIPLIER” and the multiplier (e.g., “30X”) on the bottom left of the envelope. Entries must be postmarked by [entry deadline] and received by [receipt deadline]. Limit one entry per envelope.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [drawing date] from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. They must respond within three (3) days to claim the prize and provide all necessary documentation, including a valid driver’s license and a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release. Failure to respond or comply with these requirements may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a [PRIZE] (Approximate Retail Value: $[value]).

The prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee from the Sponsor. Winner is responsible for all associated expenses, including taxes, registration, insurance, and transportation of the vehicle.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising from your participation or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and other identifying information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may interfere with your ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action and jury trials are waived. The arbitration shall be held in [Columbus/Ohio], and the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern.

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
